We are seeking a Pattern Maker for a Peruvian textile company, focused on developing and optimizing garment patterns for domestic and international markets, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Our client, a leading Peruvian textile company, is currently seeking a Pattern Maker to join its Product Development team.
**What will be your main challenge?**
Developing and optimizing garment patterns to ensure compliance with technical specifications, proper fit, and material consumption efficiency, thereby contributing to the development of high-quality products for domestic and international markets.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Analyze styles, technical sheets, CAD files, and other specifications to create, digitize, grade, and plot patterns using Audaces CAD/CAM.
* Develop and update measurement charts for all sizes, ensuring model consistency and required fit.
* Perform marker making to optimize fabric and trim consumption.
* Evaluate fabric and garment behavior after washing processes, making necessary adjustments to patterns.
* Participate in fitting sessions with relevant departments, proposing technical improvements and measurement adjustments.
* Measure and inspect samples to ensure compliance with established specifications.
* Prepare measurement sheets, operation sequences, and technical notes for cutting and sewing processes.
* Propose measurements and tolerances according to garment type and material.
* Coordinate with Commercial and Production departments to resolve technical discrepancies and meet scheduled deadlines.
* Perform other duties inherent to the position.
**Requirements**
* Technical degree in Textile Pattern Making, Fashion Design, or related fields.
* Minimum of **3 to 5 years** of experience as a Pattern Maker or Modelist in textile companies.
* Experience developing patterns for fashion garments made from knits and blended fabrics.
* Experience in fitting, measurement taking, pattern correction, and fabric consumption analysis (micro-marker making).
* Knowledge of sewing operations, garment manufacturing processes, fabric types, production routes, machinery, consumables, and trims.
* Proficiency in Excel.
* Proficiency in Audaces CAD/CAM.
