Job Summary: We are seeking a Cloud Administrator (Azure/AWS) to manage mission-critical technology systems by implementing, maintaining, and monitoring cloud infrastructure resources. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage roles and access in Entra ID (Azure) and/or AWS IAM. 2. Implement, maintain, and monitor IaaS, PaaS, CaaS, and Serverless resources. 3. Join us and experience a flexible, supportive environment where your well\-being is prioritized and your potential can thrive. **The Role** **Responsibilities and/or Required Skills** **Intermediate Knowledge:** \- Role and access management for identities in Entra ID (Azure) and/or AWS IAM * Organizational structures such as Management Groups and subscriptions (Azure) / Organizational Units and accounts (AWS) * Implementation and management of resources (IaaS, PaaS, CaaS, Serverless) * Maintenance and monitoring of resources (IaaS, PaaS, CaaS, Serverless) * Auto-scaling of resources * Resource backups * Implementation of high availability * Configuration and administration of networks, routing, dedicated connections, load balancers, DNS, route tables, private connectivity, hub\&spoke * Configuration and administration of storage and data * Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud security * Scripting, automation, and infrastructure-as-code (code development) for infrastructure management, deployment, and updates (Python, Ansible, Terraform, Git, GitHub Actions) * Cost management, optimization, efficiency, FinOps * Handling requests, support, and incidents (IaaS, PaaS, CaaS, Serverless) * Coordination with vendor support for cloud service and resource management * Manual and pipeline-based production deployments * Service documentation and reporting **Who You Are** **Azure/AWS Administrator:** \- Provisioning, configuration, and troubleshooting of IaaS, PaaS, CaaS, Serverless, and SaaS resources; troubleshooting of Serverless and SaaS resources * Azure/AWS Kubernetes Services; provisioning, configuration, and knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenShift, Azure Kubernetes Services * Configuration of network components, Elastic Load Balancing, Azure Load Balancer, Azure Application Gateway, Route 53, Azure DNS, Azure Traffic Manager, Direct Connect, ExpressRoute, Route Tables, Private Links, CloudFront, Azure Front Door, Virtual WAN * Upgrading cloud components * Certificate and Service Principal management * Platform troubleshooting * Role and access management in IAM, Organizations, Accounts, Control Tower, SSO * Operating Systems (intermediate): Windows, Linux \| * Scripting (intermediate): Bash, PowerShell * Networking (intermediate): Routing, MPLS, VPN, Cloud Connect, Transit Gateway, Subnetting, CIDR, VPC, CDN, DNS, Proxies, NAT, VRF * Programming languages (intermediate): Python, Java, Go, JavaScript * DevSecOps (intermediate): Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, Vault, Git, GitHub Actions, HashiCorp Vault * Applications (intermediate): Web servers, Integration bus, API Gateway, Databases, Caching, CDN **Desired Trainings and/or Certifications:** * Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or equivalent, * AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent, * ITIL Foundations, * Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) **Being You** The “Kyn” in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
