Position Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant to manage, coordinate, and report on preventive and corrective maintenance activities for a vehicle fleet. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages work orders and coordinates vehicle fleet maintenance. 2. Records maintenance history and prepares fault reports. 3. Keeps area information up to date using specialized software. M\&J CORPORATION.P S.R.L, a recognized transportation company in Peru, is currently seeking a **MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT** who meets the following requirements: **PROFILE:** · Certified technician, university graduate, bachelor’s degree holder, or technical professional in Automotive Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical-Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Familiarity with truck chassis and components from brands such as Scania, Mercedes\-Benz, Volvo, and Kenworth is desirable. · Minimum 1 year of experience in vehicle fleet maintenance within the transportation sector, automotive workshops, dealerships, or companies involved with heavy-duty vehicles. * Experience coordinating with technicians, external workshops, and suppliers is desirable. * Must reside in Ate/Santa Clara/Carapongo/Huaycan/Chosica/Huachipa areas. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Prepare, issue, and track **Work Orders (WO)** for preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and emergency services. * Coordinate with the Operations department regarding vehicle availability and workshop entry schedules. · Maintain vehicle logbooks. · Manage fleet documentation (RT\-SOAT, etc.). · Prepare fault reports, work orders, and related reports. · Complete inspection and maintenance records and forms for each vehicle. · Record and maintain updated **maintenance history for each vehicle**, including faults, interventions, replacement parts used, and associated costs. · Prepare reports and KPIs related to fleet availability, preventive maintenance compliance, maintenance costs, repair times, and out-of-service vehicles. · Keep area information up to date using **Excel, ERP, or maintenance management software.** · Report incidents occurring in the maintenance workshop. **WE OFFER:** * Formal employment under MYPE payroll with all statutory benefits. * Excellent working environment. * Work tools (mobile phone and laptop, per company policy).
