REQUIREMENTS * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Preferred: Specialization in Fleet Management, Process Automation, or Maintenance. 2\. EXPERIENCE * Minimum 2–3 years leading operational and/or vehicle maintenance teams. * Experience in transportation or fleet-related institutions (preferred). 3\. Technical Knowledge * Advanced Excel (pivot tables, dashboards, complex formulas). * Database management (queries and report generation). * Automation of operational processes using digital tools. * Interest and basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applications for operational management. 4\. Personal Competencies * Leadership and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams. * Teamwork and cross-departmental coordination. * Commitment to and alignment with organizational goals. * Adaptability to change and openness to new technologies. * Results-oriented mindset and continuous improvement.
