Position Summary: Coordinate and execute operations at the sanitary landfill, collaborating with safety and environmental supervisors, and managing operational improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration with General Management for operational improvements. **OPERATIONS MANAGER** Responsibilities: * Coordinate and execute operations with operations, safety, and environmental supervisors to ensure proper landfill functioning. * Coordinate with General Management on implementing operational improvement projects. * Maintain availability of supplies required for operational execution. * Ensure compliance with safety talks and assign daily work orders jointly with the supervisory team. Requirements: * Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering / Civil Engineering / Chemical Engineering or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in operations supervision, or minimum 1 year of experience in Operations Management, including fleet vehicle or machinery experience. * Knowledge of environmental management and waste management. * Leadership ability and capacity to work under pressure. * Willingness to work in a camp setting.
