We are SFC Turrones Calderón, a Peruvian company with over 30 years of experience dedicated to the **production, marketing, and distribution of bakery and pastry products.** We are currently seeking a Quality Assistant who meets the following profile:
REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor's degree or graduate in **Food Industry Engineering, Agroindustrial Engineering, Food Engineering, or related fields**.
* Knowledge of **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)**, **HACCP**, and **sanitary regulations**.
* Minimum **1 YEAR** of quality control experience in food industry companies (desirable).
* Teamwork ability, responsibility, and attention to detail.
* Availability to work in Ate (Salamanca)
* Availability to work from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm \+ **OVERTIME** Monday through Saturday.
