We are seeking a Graduate or Bachelor's degree holder in Food Industries to serve as a Quality Assistant, responsible for sampling, analysis, verification of GMP/SSOP, and quality control during production.

We are Delinkatessen Gourmet Group S.A.C., a company dedicated to producing Yellow Ají Pepper Pastes and Jams. We are currently seeking a Graduate or Bachelor's degree holder in Food Industries for the position of Quality Assistant.
REQUIREMENTS
* University Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering or Food Industries.
* Minimum 6 months of experience in Quality within food processing companies.
* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Thorough knowledge of GMP/SSOP/HACCP.
* Preferably residing in districts near Ate, Santa Anita, or La Molina.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Perform laboratory sampling and analysis of raw materials, in-process products, and finished products, recording results promptly and reliably.
* Verify compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP), and other established quality procedures.
* Ensure that quality and food safety specifications are met during production (process parameters, presentation, labeling, etc.).
* Prepare and send samples to external laboratories when required.
* Train staff on food safety-related topics.
* Draft documentation related to the Quality department.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:56 PM; Saturday, 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM

* Formal employment contract under MYPE payroll (AFP, health insurance, and 15 days of vacation).
