The Project Management and Construction unit is one of the pillars of our comprehensive service offering, designed to help clients plan, develop, and successfully launch their projects—ensuring efficient, responsible execution and high quality standards. We are seeking top talent for the position of: Position: Construction Project Manager **Functions and Responsibilities:** Responsible for comprehensively managing the assigned project across all phases: Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Control, and Closure—aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives, policies, culture, and values. Directly accountable for delivering the scope with approved quality, schedule, cost, and technical specifications by the client and/or as defined at project inception to meet specific needs. 1\. Strategic Portfolio Direction and Control * **Integrated Management:** Lead the portfolio (Offices, Retail, Industrial), prioritizing projects based on strategic value and available resources. * **Operational Planning:** Define the department’s strategy, control dashboards (KPIs), and long-term objectives jointly with General Management. * **Executive Reporting:** Monitor and report economic\-financial performance and goal achievement to senior management. 2\. Project Execution and Control (Turnkey) * **Lifecycle Management:** Ensure success from design through final delivery, supervising schedules, quality, and compliance with specifications. * **Financial Management:** Develop and control budgets with the cost team to ensure profitability and prevent deviations. * **Risk Mitigation:** Identify and resolve critical issues promptly to avoid impacts on timelines or costs. 3\. Resource and Stakeholder Management * **Resource Optimization:** Assign and supervise personnel and tools required to maximize operational efficiency. * **Stakeholder Alignment:** Facilitate communication and alignment among internal teams, contractors, and clients. * **Client Retention:** Maintain strong relationships with key clients and collaborate with the commercial team to capture new opportunities. 4\. Continuous Improvement and Quality * **Quality Standards:** Implement control procedures to ensure high-level deliverables. * **Process Evolution:** Evaluate management practices, apply lessons learned, and foster innovation to optimize future projects. **Requirements:** * DEGREE HOLDER and LICENSED in CIVIL ENGINEERING or ARCHITECTURE * Minimum 5 years’ experience as Project Head, Resident Engineer, and Project Management * Industry/Sector: Offices, Industrial, Retail, Residential, Commercial, Healthcare, Education, Buildings * Area: Construction, Project Management, and Construction Supervision Knowledge: * Master’s degree, postgraduate diploma, and/or specialization in Project Management and/or Administration. * Construction Supervision course. (Desirable) * Professional PMP certification. (Desirable) * Basic knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Matrix, and Anti-bribery.
