Participation in infrastructure and maintenance projects. **Join Our Team!** At Onix Building Company, we are looking for a **Construction Site Logistics Assistant**, who will be responsible for supporting project logistics management, ensuring the timely supply of required materials, equipment, and services for proper construction execution. Main Responsibilities * Manage material, tool, equipment, and service requirements for construction sites. * Prepare quotations and evaluate suppliers. * Coordinate procurement, dispatch, and timely delivery of materials. * Track purchase orders and delivery timelines. * Maintain up-to-date inventory and site warehouse controls. * Coordinate with site managers, supervisors, and other involved departments to address logistical needs. * Record and maintain updated procurement and supply documentation. * Prepare tracking reports and departmental performance indicators. * Assist in identifying new suppliers and negotiating commercial terms. * Ensure compliance with internal logistics procedures. Requirements * Graduate or bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Civil Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, procurement, or warehousing, preferably within construction, maintenance, or project-based companies. * Knowledge of procurement, supply, and inventory processes. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * ERP or management system experience is desirable. * Availability for on-site work.
