Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to direct and supervise the daily execution of fieldwork and coordinate construction site personnel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Direct and supervise the daily execution of fieldwork. 2. Coordinate construction site personnel and monitor productivity. 3. Verify the quality of completed work. We are looking for a Construction Foreman with extensive experience in building construction and renovations. Requirements: \- Minimum of 8 years of verifiable experience in construction projects. \- Proficiency in structural work, formwork, steel reinforcement, concrete, masonry, adobe and quincha masonry, and finishing work. \- Experience leading teams of laborers and skilled tradespeople. \- Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and installation drawings. \- Knowledge of occupational safety and health on construction sites. \- Immediate availability. Responsibilities: \- Direct and supervise the daily execution of fieldwork. \- Coordinate construction site personnel and monitor productivity. \- Verify the quality of completed work. \- Coordinate with resident engineers, supervisors, and contractors. \- Ensure adherence to the project schedule and safety regulations.
