Job Summary:
Supervise and ensure compliance with quality standards in metal-mechanical manufacturing, verifying drawings, welds, materials, and finishes.

Supervise and ensure compliance with quality standards in **manufacturing** processes, verifying drawings, welds, materials, and finishes, as well as managing non-conformities and quality reports.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Professional with a degree in **Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering**, or related fields.
* **Extensive proven experience** in quality supervision and control within the **metal-mechanical, structural steel, manufacturing, and/or assembly** sectors.
* In-depth knowledge of **manufacturing and welding processes**.
* Familiarity with welding processes **SMAW, GMAW, and GTAW**.
* Experience inspecting **welds, materials, dimensions, finishes, and structural steel**.
* Proficiency in interpreting **mechanical and fabrication drawings**.
* Proficiency in using **measuring instruments and tools**.
* Experience identifying, recording, and tracking **non-conformities and corrective actions**.
* Ability to prepare and review **quality protocols, reports, and records**.
* Leadership, technical judgment, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Supervise and verify the quality of **structural steel fabrication** work.
* Control quality throughout various stages of the production process.
* Verify compliance with **engineering drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards**.
* Supervise welding work and verify adherence to established procedures.
* Conduct inspections of materials, dimensions, welds, finishes, and fabricated components.
* Identify and track **non-conformities and corrective actions**.
* Prepare and review quality protocols, reports, and documentation.
* Coordinate with **Production and Engineering** departments to address and resolve observations.
* Verify compliance with technical requirements specified by the client.
* Participate in inspections and work releases.
