Customer inquiry and complaint handling **Objective:** Deliver specialized technical advisory and manage sales processes to ensure effective customer solutions and achievement of the company's business objectives. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Coordinate with and receive instructions from the supervisor regarding sales terms, credit, discounts, products, etc. 2\. Prepare client and prospect lists containing relevant information for commercial management. 3\. Conduct visits to existing and potential clients, presenting product catalogs and/or samples. 4\. Respond to client inquiries regarding products, pricing, warranties, delivery timelines, and commercial terms. 5\. Capture orders or sales requests for products or services. 6\. Complete order forms, delivery notes, receipts, etc., required to finalize sales transactions. 7\. Handle customer complaints and process them appropriately. 8\. Periodically report sales performance and other requested data to the immediate supervisor. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturdays, 8:30 am to 12:45 pm **Benefits:** * Full payroll registration (100%) * CTS (Compensatory Time Savings) * Bonus payment Availability to work in: Cercado de Lima Position Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500.00 \- S/.1,800.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
