Position Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Assistant to supervise stock levels, manage documentation, handle tools, and coordinate the supply chain at our Carabayllo plant. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently seeking talented professionals like you: **LOGISTICS ASSISTANT (CARABAYLLO PLANT)** **Requirements:** Graduate or technical professional in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or International Business. Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience. And more. **Responsibilities:** Supervise minimum safety stock levels; organize storage racks; handle equipment and machinery. Control expense-related documentation; proficient use of Excel; prepare delivery notes and supplier quotations. Issue, receive, and manage tools. Attend training sessions aligned with the nature of the position, as well as occupational health and safety talks. Notify recipients (client, supplier, plant) of transport arrival time with cargo. Coordinate procurement and warehousing of raw materials; maintain Kardex inventory records. Optimize supply flow. Coordinate freight and shipments. Coordinate with various department heads. Maintain order and cleanliness at the workplace during and after working hours. Perform tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor, consistent with the nature of the position.
