




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage the full import cycle—from purchase order tracking to logistics and documentation coordination—ensuring inventory control. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end import management and logistics tracking. 2. Coordination with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agencies. 3. Document control and support in import costing. * Analyze inventory turnover and maintain stock within company-established parameters. * Track international purchase orders from issuance through goods arrival. * Coordinate with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers. * Request, review, and control import documents (preliminary and final DUA, commercial invoice, packing list, BL/AWB, certificates of origin, fabric descriptions, technical specifications, among others). * Register and update import information in the ERP system and control dashboards. * Maintain physical and digital filing of import documentation. * Support import costing (freight, insurance, local and customs-related expenses). * Coordinate internally with Sales and Warehouse departments regarding goods arrival and release dates. * Prepare tracking and area control reports. Timely communication of incidents, delays, or cost variations.
