Support in collections management and billing functions We are looking for a Billing Assistant responsible for issuing, recording, and controlling the company’s sales receipts, ensuring proper administrative management and compliance with current tax regulations. This position requires organized, responsible, and detail-oriented individuals capable of coordinating across different departments and maintaining clear and effective communication. The role includes issuing invoices, sales receipts, and shipping guides; verifying the accuracy of recorded information; monitoring pending documents for dispatch or collection; coordinating with commercial and warehouse departments to ensure correct delivery of products and documentation; and supporting customer collections alerts or activities as needed. Additionally, the candidate must perform other duties assigned by management related to billing services. Salary: S/.1,200\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
