MEIGGS FOODS, a Peruvian food company, is looking for a: BILLING ASSISTANT - SURCO / CHORRILLOS Functions: Responsible for billing, collections, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. System management, maintaining control over shipping guides, routing, and invoice tracking. Recording of accounts payable, reviewing and alerting on any issues. Handling cash settlements and managing credit notes. Managing customer cancellations, keeping control in a file. Handling shipping guides, account statements, payment tracking, and recording payments. Recording payments in Excel and updating customer information. Responsible for accounts payable. REQUIREMENTS University and/or technical professional education Availability to work starting at 7 a.m. Availability to work in Surco or Chorrillos.
