




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage regulatory and logistical procedures for export and import, ensuring compliance with regulatory and documentary requirements. Handles critical shipping documentation At the **Transmeridian Group**, we are looking for a professional to join our **Antares Logistics** team who meets the following requirements: **Education:** * Final-year student or graduate in International Business or related field (higher education or university degree). * Additional Experience and Knowledge * Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles is desirable. * Basic spoken and written English proficiency. **Responsibilities:** * Comprehensively manages regulatory and sanitary procedures before SENASA and other competent authorities, including registrations in VUCE, scheduling and tracking inspections, generating associated payments, and coordinating with involved departments to ensure compliance with export and import requirements for goods. * Manages space reservations (bookings) with shipping lines and international freight forwarders, ensuring bookings are issued correctly according to client instructions. * Manages and tracks documentary deadlines set by shipping lines for each shipment. * Prepares, reviews, and tracks required shipping documentation—including Bill of Lading (B/L) matrix, Verified Gross Mass (VGM), and other documents necessary for cargo shipment—within established deadlines. * Controls and coordinates the review, validation, and issuance of draft and final versions of Bills of Lading (B/L), ensuring adherence to shipping line deadlines and avoiding documentary contingencies. * Manages the issuance and acquisition of Certificates of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificates, and other documents required by destination authorities and markets, as service scope requires. * Coordinates domestic and international courier delivery of original documents, as service scope requires. * Coordinates with clients on documentation required for customs clearance (DAM) for export and import before SUNAT. * Maintains updated physical and digital operation files, ensuring integrity, traceability, confidentiality, and availability of documentary information. * Identifies documentary risks and proposes preventive actions contributing to regulatory compliance and reduction of operational incidents. * Performs other related duties assigned by the Logistics Operations Manager or Deputy Manager. * Other duties assigned by the Operations Coordinator.
