Job Summary: We are seeking personnel to control the entry and exit of vehicles, supervise workplace safety, and provide logistical and cleaning support. Key Highlights: 1. Support for assigned logistics operations 2. No experience required 3. Induction from day one RESPONSIBILITIES: * Control and guide the entry and exit of vehicles using a signaling paddle for dump trucks entering to load and for the exchange truck used in hopper replacement * Assist in supervision and ensure safe working conditions for personnel, as well as for company vehicles, machinery, and equipment * Clean the work area in case of mud spillage * Assist with tracking transporter delivery guides and sender delivery guides * Perform support tasks in assigned logistics operations Requirements: \- No police or criminal records \- Immediate availability \- Residence in Los Olivos or nearby areas \- No experience required (induction provided) Benefits: \- Formal employment registration from day one \- Bi-weekly payments \- Rotating weekly schedule (day and night shifts) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000.00 \- S/.2,200.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
