Supervision of budgets and internal control systems ***Main Responsibilities:*** * Analyze and record accounting information, ensuring accuracy and reliability of financial statements. * Enter all accounting transactions (cash book, sales, purchases, payroll, taxes) into the system within established deadlines. * Monitor and maintain up-to-date accounting books, ensuring compliance with current regulations. * Ensure timely fulfillment of tax obligations to avoid penalties and adverse impacts on the company. * Code accounts and prepare accounting vouchers according to internal guidelines and regulatory requirements. * Prepare, monitor, and verify the correct issuance of invoices and shipping guides. * Manage and supervise bank controls for income and cash-on-hand limits. * Prepare and submit required financial reports, balance sheets, and tax documents. * Coordinate with other departments to supply information for accounting and tax compliance. * Provide financial advisory to management regarding accounting strategies, investments, and cost optimization. * Administer and control salary and benefit payments, ensuring compliance with labor and tax regulations. * Supervise budget preparation and execution, ensuring efficient use of resources. * Evaluate accounting information to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in financial management. * Implement and supervise internal control systems to prevent errors and fraud. * Collaborate in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information. ***Requirements:*** * Degree holder, licensed, and registered accountant in Accounting Sciences. * Minimum of 06 years of general experience. * Minimum of 03 years of experience in the **MINING INDUSTRY.** * Knowledge of Financial Statements. * Knowledge of Cost Control. * Knowledge of Finance. * Knowledge of Payroll Calculation. * Knowledge of Labor Legislation. ***Benefits:*** Market-competitive remuneration.
