




Job Summary: We are seeking an Import Assistant to manage purchase orders, coordinate logistics, track shipments, and process customs documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Manages purchase orders with international suppliers and coordinates logistics. 2. Tracks shipments and processes sanitary registrations. 3. Requires studies in International Trade and intermediate English. We are currently looking for an Import Assistant to join our team: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: · Manage import purchase orders with international suppliers. * Request and evaluate international freight quotations. * Negotiate and coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics operators. * Track shipments from origin to warehouse receipt. * Review and validate import documentation. * Coordinate nationalization procedures with our customs broker. * Manage payments related to foreign trade operations. * Prepare final import costings. * Process sanitary registrations via VUCE. * Maintain updated area information and reports. * Provide support to various departments across the organization. EDUCATION: * Higher education in International Trade, International Business, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in imports, customs agencies, or freight forwarding agencies. (Mandatory) * Intermediate English, both written and spoken. (Mandatory) * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables). (Mandatory) * Strong organizational and follow-up capabilities. (Highly important) * Proactivity and problem-solving orientation. * Teamwork skills and ability to collaborate across departments. WORK CONDITIONS: · Gross monthly salary: 2,000 soles. General Regime Payroll Excellent work environment · Work modality: On-site, Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM–2:00 PM · Location: Independencia Salary: S/.1,900.00 – S/.2,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
