We are seeking a Logistics Analyst to manage quotations, evaluate suppliers, and analyze costs, supporting technical-economic proposals for construction and engineering projects.

At **SC Ingeniería y Construcción**, a company specialized in construction and metal-mechanical sectors, we are currently seeking (1\) Logistics Analyst.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering or related fields.
* Minimum of **3 to 5 years** of experience in procurement focused on Budgeting and Tendering departments.
* Experience in construction companies, electromechanical projects, civil works, electrical, sanitary, and/or integrated projects.
* Experience developing procurement schedules for supplies.
* Knowledge of cost analysis and quotation management.
* Knowledge of imports and associated costs.
* Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency.
**Primary Job Objective:**
Support the Budgeting and Tendering department through efficient quotation management, supplier evaluation, cost analysis, and logistics coordination, contributing to the development of competitive technical-economic proposals for construction and engineering projects.
**Responsibilities:**
* Manage quotations for materials, equipment, and services required for budget preparation and tender processes.
* Coordinate with the Budgeting department regarding technical and commercial requirements for each project.
* Request, evaluate, and compare quotations considering price, delivery time, quality, commercial terms, and technical compliance.
* Prepare comparative cost tables and substantiate economic proposals for tenders.
* Analyze market prices and maintain an updated database of costs, suppliers, and commercial references.
* Manage the search for and evaluation of new strategic suppliers to optimize costs and improve competitiveness in tenders.
* Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, discounts, delivery times, and favorable commercial terms for proposal development.
* Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely responses to technical and commercial inquiries during the budgeting process.
* Support the preparation of price analyses and cost validation for economic proposals.
* Manage and organize supporting documentation for quotations and tender processes.
* Track requested quotations and ensure adherence to deadlines established for each tender.
* Support the evaluation of logistical and financial costs associated with economic proposals.
* Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
* Manage international quotations required for tender processes.
* Coordinate technical and commercial information with international suppliers for budget preparation.
* Analyze import costs, freight, taxes, and nationalization of equipment or materials.
* Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs agents to obtain reference information for estimating logistical costs.
* Prepare comparative tables and economic justifications related to international procurement.
