Position Summary: Plan, direct, and control logistics operations, ensuring procurement, inventory management, and efficient distribution while optimizing costs and guaranteeing operational continuity. Implement improvements and ensure compliance with standards **Position Objective** Plan, direct, and control the company's logistics operations, ensuring timely procurement, proper inventory management, and efficient distribution, while optimizing costs and guaranteeing operational continuity. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan and supervise material and supply procurement. * Manage and negotiate with suppliers (pricing, delivery terms, conditions). * Control inventory (minimum stock levels, turnover, valuation). * Supervise warehouses, receiving, storage, and dispatch. * Coordinate distribution and transportation (routes, schedules, drivers). * Ensure accurate issuance of documents (delivery guides, purchase orders, etc.). * Implement process improvements in logistics and cost reduction. * Monitor management indicators (KPIs: delivery times, service level, stockouts). * Supervise assigned personnel and oversee their performance. * Manage assigned personnel. * Coordinate with production, sales, and administration departments. * Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards in the warehouse. * Perform other related duties as assigned by Management. **Position Requirements** * **Education:** Technical or university degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 3–5 years in logistics, including team leadership experience. * **Knowledge:** * Supply chain management * Inventory and warehouse control * Procurement and supplier negotiation * Distribution and transportation * Goods dispatch * Coordination * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency * **Desirable:** ERP / logistics system experience SALARY: FROM 2,000 Salary: S/.827\.75 \- S/.2,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
