DHL Express Peru’s Commercial Department is seeking a Sales Point Agent. Based in Lima, this position will be responsible for delivering personalized customer service to ensure satisfactory service aligned with customers’ needs and continuously improving the customer experience. Role Purpose: Responsible for delivering excellent customer service at DHL Sales Points, ensuring maintenance or growth of sales. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: * Advise DHL customers on business-related topics: transit times, import/export procedures, and advantages and benefits offered by DHL across its services and products. * Achieve sales targets and objectives by developing plans, ideas, and innovative proposals for the assigned store. * Develop value propositions that sustainably drive growth in shipment volume for the assigned store. * Identify opportunities and proactively sell via phone calls, email campaigns, and follow-ups on quotations. * Focus on cross-selling and up-selling activities with in-store customer traffic. * Verify, submit, and monitor daily sales reports, cash closure records, and collection reports and supporting documents to relevant departments to ensure process compliance. * Operate internal tools and systems to generate waybills and invoices. * Conduct phone calls and package deliveries at Service Points. * Package, pack, and handle customer shipments. * Maintain the image of the assigned Sales Point and comply with procedural checklists to ensure smooth store operations (safety, productivity, operational efficiency, and cleanliness). WHAT YOU BRING: * Technical degree in Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales techniques. * One year of experience in face-to-face sales of services/intangible products.
