




Job Summary: This role involves managing and controlling customer service, dispatching requirements and orders, and administering inventory and product loans. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages workshop customer service and requirements 2. Controls products, spare parts, and service life of accessories 3. Administers delivery notes, orders, and daily loan records · ESTABLISH A SERVICE SCHEDULE. · \-DISPATCH WORKSHOP REQUIREMENTS WITHIN THE ESTABLISHED SERVICE HOURS. · \-MONITOR PRODUCT SERVICE WITH SPARE PARTS. · \-DETERMINE THE SERVICE LIFE OF ACCESSORIES (BRUSHES, DISCS, PPE, ETC.). · \-ISSUE DELIVERY NOTES AND DISPATCH CUSTOMER PURCHASE AND/OR SERVICE ORDERS. · \-DAILY LOAN MONITORING. · \-DELIVERY NOTE MONITORING.
