Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage goods receipt, picking, packing, inventory, and merchandise coordination, while proposing process improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to propose continuous improvements We are a metal-mechanical company with over 15 years in the market, operating branches in the north, center, and south of the country, and we are currently looking for qualified personnel to fill the position of: Warehouse Supervisor. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** * Receive merchandise * Manage shipping guides in the system * Perform picking and packing for merchandise movements * Coordinate as needed with branch supervisors * Prepare transfer guides between warehouses * Submit stock requests to prevent stockouts * Conduct monthly inventories * Track shipments * Propose improvement opportunities **BENEFITS:** * Contract from day one * Job stability * Comprehensive risk insurance * Full payroll registration **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum education: Technical degree * Prior experience in the industrial sector preferred but not mandatory * Proficiency in Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.) * Adaptability and learning ability (to become familiar with products) * Industrial sector knowledge or experience and/or A1 driver’s license will be valued Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1,800.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
