**WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR – TELECOMMUNICATIONS** **Location:** Pueblo Libre **Modality:** Service contract (possibility of MYPE payroll based on performance) **Remuneration:** S/ 1,300 – S/ 1,500 depending on experience **Position Description** At CNSIC, a company specialized in technological and telecommunication solutions, we are seeking a responsible, organized Warehouse Supervisor with leadership skills to manage the team and optimize logistical processes. The main objective of this role is to ensure proper administration, control, and distribution of materials and equipment, maintaining operational efficiency and compliance with internal procedures. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff activities. * Organize the receiving, storage, and dispatching of materials and equipment. * Monitor physical and digital inventories, ensuring accuracy and traceability. * Prepare stock, movement, and restocking requirement reports. * Coordinate with logistics, operations, and project teams to ensure resource availability. * Ensure warehouse order, cleanliness, and safety. * Make timely decisions when dealing with incidents or material shortages. * Propose improvements in inventory control and management processes. * Provide field support when necessary, verifying delivery or receipt of materials. * Be available to travel outside the base and perform field tasks, even outside regular working hours. * In such cases, CNSIC evaluates non-monetary compensatory measures (such as additional rest days or equivalent benefits). **Requirements** * Technical degree or graduate in Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory control. * Experience supervising operational personnel. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and digital control tools. * Knowledge of logistical procedures and handling of shipping guides. * Leadership, decision-making, and effective communication skills. * Availability for field work and extended hours when operationally required. * Competencies valued at CNSIC * Organization and planning. * Leadership and teamwork. * Results orientation and problem-solving. * Responsibility and commitment to operations. **Conditions** * **Remuneration:** S/ 1,300 – S/ 1,500 (depending on experience). * **Modality:** Service contract with possibility of MYPE payroll. * **Work Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, fixed day off on Sundays. * **Location:** Based in Pueblo Libre, with travel to various locations in Lima as operationally needed.
