Job Summary: We are seeking a Concierge/Security Guard to protect assets and personnel, control access, receive correspondence, conduct patrols, and monitor security cameras. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently looking for a **CONCIERGE/SECURITY GUARD**: ***RESPONSIBILITIES*** * Monitor and protect assets, furniture, real estate, and personnel. * Identify and control access to the company premises. * Receive correspondence. * Conduct patrols and inspections throughout company facilities. * Activate the alarm system according to established procedures. * Monitor security camera displays. * Ensure external parking areas are used exclusively by internal and/or external customers. ***REQUIREMENTS*** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Availability to work in SURQUILLO. ***WE OFFER*** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits (vacation, bonuses, and CTS under the general regime at 100%). * Ongoing training opportunities. * Fixed schedule (48 hours per week) and 1-hour lunch break. * Weekend rest days (Saturdays and Sundays). * Excellent work environment. ***SCHEDULE:*** \-Monday to Thursday: 6:30 am to 5:15 pm \-Friday: 6:30 am to 4:30 pm Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,300\.00 \- S/.1,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
