You will be responsible for welcoming families, guiding them through the process, scheduling appointments, and maintaining clear, human-centered communication at all times. The most important factor for us is finding someone with well-developed soft skills (empathy, communication, emotional management) and genuine motivation for self-improvement. **Requirements:** * Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle emotionally charged situations with sensitivity * Professional appearance and strong verbal communication skills * Full-time availability * Prior customer service experience preferred but not mandatory Salary: Starting at S/.1,600\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
