Conducting patrols in common areas **Full Job Description** Responsible for conducting inspections, surveillance, and access control of the residential complex; works under the administration’s command, guided by a functional manual and principles of action for critical situations. Key duties include: Controlling entry and exit of individuals according to security protocols approved by the Board of Owners. Controlling and recording entry and exit of appliances or household items through main entrances or parking areas with public road access, subject to prior authorization and coordination between the owner and building administration. Safeguarding the integrity of building apartments. Diligently completing incident logs. Conducting patrols in common areas. **Experience:** Concierge: 1 year (Mandatory) **Expected Start Date:** IMMEDIATE Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,600.00 - S/.1,700.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
