Conduct patrols in common areas **Full Job Description** Responsible for conducting inspections, surveillance, and access control at the residential complex; works under the supervision of management, guided by a functional manual and principles of action for critical situations. Specific duties include: Controlling personnel entry and exit in accordance with security protocols approved by the Owners' Board. Controlling and recording the entry and exit of equipment or household items through main entrances or parking areas with public street access, subject to prior authorization and coordination between the owner and building management. Safeguarding the integrity of building departments. Diligently completing incident logs.
