Control the entry and exit of visitors, suppliers, and external personnel A company specializing in residential and corporate building management is seeking an immediately available, responsible, proactive, and service-oriented Doorman to join a building located in Miraflores. **Requirements:** * Experience in doorman services for condominiums or residential buildings * No criminal or police records * Verifiable employment certificates and references * Completed secondary education * Responsibility, punctuality, and strong customer service orientation **Responsibilities:** * Control the entry and exit of visitors, suppliers, and external personnel * Ensure building security and compliance with internal regulations * Record incidents and conduct shift handovers * Provide courteous service to residents and receive correspondence * Report incidents or malfunctions to management **Employment Conditions:** * Approximate salary: S/ 1,600 * Formal employment under the general labor regime * Rotating 12-hour shifts, Monday through Saturday * On-site work Salary: S/.1,600\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Are you immediately available?
