Position Summary: MINERA MH S.A.C. seeks a Human Resources Analyst for mining operations, focused on recruitment, contract management, payroll, and camp-related activities. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in comprehensive HR management in the mining sector. 2. Management of recruitment, payroll, and AFPNET/PLAME declarations. 3. Responsible for internal activities and corporate events. **MINERA MH S.A.C.**, a company engaged in gold mineral exploitation and processing, requires personnel for its Operations area, with its production site located in the district of Chala, Caravelí, Arequipa. **WE ARE SEEKING:** (01\) Human Resources Analyst Suitable for persons with disabilities **IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY** **Profile:** \- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Administration, or related fields. \- Minimum 3 years of general HR experience. \- At least 1 year of experience in the MINING SECTOR. \- Knowledge of payroll and PLAME, declarations. \- Knowledge of AF net. \- Knowledge of current labor legislation. **Responsibilities:** \- Recruitment and selection of personnel. \- Monitoring of employment contracts (hiring, renewals). \- Preparation of payroll statements. \- Updating of atypical regime time sheets. \- PLAME declaration. \- AFP Net declaration. \- Execution of internal company procedures. \- Responsibility for camp activities, tournaments, birthdays, and corporate events. \- Other duties as required by the nature of the position. **WE OFFER:** \- Availability to work under a 20\*10 work schedule. \- 100% covered meals and accommodation.
