Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to coordinate and supervise daily operations, waste management, and reporting, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and supervision of personnel and operations. 2. Safety, environmental management, and reporting to the client. 3. Extensive interaction with the client and leadership of operational teams. \- Coordinate daily tasks with personnel. \- Conduct the five-minute safety talk together with safety personnel. \- Coordinate as needed with the client's supervisors. \- Mobilize personnel and assign them to specific work locations. \- Directly supervise personnel already deployed. \- Coordinate with the client in cases of non-conformance regarding performed operations. \- Routinely submit safety management forms: Iperc and Racks for the Crusher operation. \- Prepare and submit required reports to the client. \- Lead and coordinate industrial cleaning, structural cleaning, railing cleaning, and mineral spill cleanup. \- Coordinate with the client's management team on loading and restroom operations. \- Submit the weekly general report on assigned operations. \- Plan and coordinate next week's operational tasks for Effluent operations. \- Submit waste disposal forms to each respective area. \- Coordinate with the client's Environmental Department on support matters (e.g., waste collection) for Effluent operations. \- Assist in preparing quotations. \- Assign tasks to personnel. \- Request materials, supplies, tools, and PPE. \- Review valuations and track monthly cleaning control for loading and restroom operations. \- Send relevant emails to the client regarding certifications and official documents. \- Submit valuations for appropriate signatures and subsequent billing for loading operations. \- Comply with internal company policies specified in the Internal Work Regulations. \- Comply with Megapack Trading’s SSMA standards. \- Attend Safety Talks. \- Ensure personal safety, the safety of third parties, and the safety of work tools; promptly report any risk situations to the immediate supervisor. \- Maintain confidentiality of all information handled within the area. Perform other duties inherent to the position or assigned by the direct supervisor. **Requirements:** Graduate and licensed in Industrial Engineering, Mining Engineering, Safety and Environmental Engineering, Agroindustrial Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, or related fields. Proven experience in hazardous and non-hazardous waste management. Minimum three (3) years of experience in the Mining, Oil, Construction, or related sectors. Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 27001 standards. Driver's license: AIIB (Desirable) Submit documented CV to the email address. Salary: Up to S/.2,500.00 per month.
