Job Summary: Ensure facility security, manage pedestrian and vehicle access, safeguard company assets, and report incidents and anomalies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Access control and vehicle fleet management. 2. Custody of assets and technological tools. 3. Security monitoring and report generation. **Position Profile:** Access Control and Asset Security Agent *Ensure facility security, manage pedestrian and vehicle access, and safeguard company assets. Inspect the physical condition of vehicles, administer breathalyzer tests to authorized personnel, and promptly submit incident and anomaly reports.* **Main Responsibilities:** * Access and fleet control: register all entries and exits, immediately report mechanical failures, defects, or damages detected in vehicles, and promptly notify the responsible department for resolution. * Verify the status of GPS equipment on buses; safeguard and control technological tools and other assets assigned to the booth during the shift. Protect and preserve company property. * Conduct random breathalyzer tests; monitor compliance with safety regulations within facilities; prepare daily incident, anomaly, and relevant situation reports. * Register, update, and maintain the database of employees' private vehicles using digital tools, ensuring data integrity and reliability. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education (verifiable). * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in security, surveillance, or vehicle fleet control roles. * Proficient in basic-to-intermediate Excel (tables, filters, data entry). * Email handling (Outlook or Gmail) for reporting purposes. * Specific knowledge: use of breathalyzers, logbook and record completion. * Availability: rotating shifts (as required by operational needs). **Benefits:** * Formal payroll from day one. * All statutory benefits.
