Objective:** Lead and train the field technical team, ensuring rapid response and goal achievement. **Profile:** * **Education:** Graduate Engineer or Technician (Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering). * **Experience:** Minimum experience leading field technical teams. **Main Responsibilities:** * Directly lead and supervise field personnel. * Monitor routes and technicians in real time to prevent delays. * Analyze and resolve rejected service orders. * Inspect the condition of work tools. * Train newly hired technical staff. * Manage schedules, routes, and submit weekly reports (including Sundays). * Disseminate informational memos to the operations team. **Skills:** Leadership, problem-solving under pressure, assertive communication, and results orientation.
