Job Summary: Finishing Supervisor responsible for quality inspection and presentation of garments, coordinating repairs and reporting status. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure garment quality and presentation. 2. Coordinate repairs for defective garments. 3. Maintain an organized work area. FINISHING SUPERVISOR: * **Garment counting** → verify quantities. * **Quality inspection** → check defects (seams, stains, measurements). * **Progress tracking** → monitor how many garments remain unfinished. * **Repair coordination** → send defective garments for repair. * **Ironing and presentation** → ensure proper appearance. * **Accessory control** → inspect bags, labels, and accessories. * **Reporting** → report good, defective, and missing garments. * **Area organization** → keep garments organized and prevent loss.
