We are passionate about bringing our clients' dreams to life by offering magical, exclusive, and custom-made garments that fit their bodies perfectly and highlight their unique style. **Position Objective** We seek a fashion and garment construction professional passionate about joining our team to conceptualize, design, and construct exclusive garments, ensuring impeccable and personalized finishes for each client. **Main Responsibilities** * **Creative Development:** Continuously design and propose new, unique, and exclusive collections and styles aligned with the brand's identity. * **Custom Garment Construction:** Perform pattern making, cutting, and construction of garments tailored precisely to each client's measurements. * **Technical Innovation:** Implement and rapidly adapt to new garment construction techniques to optimize finishes and processes. * **Collaborative Work:** Actively coordinate with the team to ensure every garment meets quality standards and delivery timelines. **Candidate Requirements** * **Education:** Graduate or professional in Fashion Design, Sewing, Tailoring, or related fields. * **Location:** Must reside in the **North Cone** area or nearby zones. * **Experience:** Minimum 1.5 years of experience in pattern making, custom garment construction, and finishing (preferred but not mandatory if high technical proficiency is demonstrated). * **Technical Skills:** Solid knowledge of custom garment construction and ability to quickly adapt to new sewing techniques. * **Soft Skills:** High creativity, teamwork capability, responsibility, punctuality, and strong commitment. **Work Conditions** * **Work Mode:** In-person. * **Schedule:** Full-Time (8 hours daily). * **Location:** North Cone. **Are you passionate about exclusive fashion and want to work magic with us?** If you meet the profile and wish to join the **POSSHIE** family, please send us your CV and/or portfolio to provide further details about the selection process.
