Job Summary: The Finishing Supervisor is responsible for verifying, inspecting, and coordinating the quality and presentation of garments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the quality and final presentation of garments. 2. Coordinate repairs for defective garments. 3. Maintain an organized workspace and controlled garment inventory. FINISHING SUPERVISOR: * **Garment counting** → verify quantities. * **Quality inspection** → check defects (seams, stains, measurements). * **Progress tracking** → monitor how many garments remain to be completed. * **Repair coordination** → send defective garments for repair. * **Ironing and presentation** → verify proper presentation. * **Accessory control** → inspect bags, labels, and accessories. * **Reporting** → report good, defective, and missing garments. * **Workplace organization** → keep garments organized and prevent losses.
