Position Summary: We are seeking a Sewing Quality Auditor to validate technical specifications, prevent rejections, and ensure export standards at a textile company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure quality and export standards for garments. 2. Conduct audits of cutting, sewing, and finishing. 3. Implement corrective and preventive actions to improve quality. A textile export company specializing in garments is seeking **SEWING QUALITY AUDITORS** focused on validating technical specifications, preventing rejections, and ensuring export standards, with availability to work in San Juan de Miraflores. REQUIREMENTS: * Graduate of Technical Textile Garment Production. * Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a **Sewing Quality Auditor** in textile companies. * Knowledge and experience interpreting technical specifications. * Experience conducting audits of cutting, sewing, and finishing. (Mandatory) * Availability to work in San Juan de Miraflores. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Conduct initial inspection startup jointly with the sewing supervisor. * Perform in-line quality control, supervise cutting, patterns, shrinkage, and sewing tolerances in workshops during production. * Verify technical specifications, use of NTP standards, prototypes, and online garment audit records. * Ensure proper execution of quality control procedures. * Conduct final audits, inspect finished garments (measurements, trims, labels, thread cleaning, and packaging), analyze root causes of detected defects, and implement corrective or preventive actions to avoid recurrence; approve or reject. * **If rejected:** inform and show identified defects to the sewing supervisor for correction; place red tag indicating nonconformance. * **If approved:** inform and place green tag indicating conformance. * Apply **AQL 2.5 for major defects** and **AQL 4.0 for minor defects**.
