Job Summary: We are seeking a textile Pattern Maker / Pattern Drafter with experience in fashion, technical knowledge of fabrics and garment construction, and proficiency in pattern-making systems and Excel. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in fashion garment pattern making on flat fabric. 2. Proficiency in the Audaces marking system and pattern drafting. 3. Knowledge of garment construction and sewing operations. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a textile Pattern Maker / Pattern Drafter. \- Experience in fashion garment pattern making on flat fabric. \- Knowledge of fabric types and their characteristics. \- Knowledge of garment construction, operation sequences, routing, machines, consumption, and trimmings. \- Understanding of sewing operations. \- Intermediate Excel proficiency. INTERMEDIATE ENGLISH **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Develop measurement charts and operate the Audaces marking system. \- Provide required technical information for production processes (cutting, sewing, finishing). \- Draft patterns, grade patterns, mark layouts, and plot patterns. \- Conduct sample measurements and review pattern grading to complete the size chart for all sizes.
