Job Summary: We are seeking a graduate in Fashion Design with experience in garment sample making, interpretation of technical specifications, and selection of production materials. Key Responsibilities: 1. Garment sample making for women's wear (dresses, blouses, and trousers) 2. Interpretation of technical specifications and patterns to ensure design accuracy 3. Support in selecting production materials and accessories - Graduate in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field - Proficiency in straight stitch, overlock, and coverstitch machines - Knowledge of manual or computerized pattern drafting - Ability to produce complete garment samples for women's wear (dresses, blouses, and trousers) - Ability to interpret technical specifications and patterns to ensure correct design execution - Inspection of finishes, seams, and final details to ensure high-quality presentation - Implementation of adjustments or corrections suggested by the design department - Analysis of technical specifications related to trims - Support in selecting materials and accessories for each production run - Coordination and organization with the cutting department - Performance of other duties as assigned by the supervisor or immediate manager Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Starting from S/.1,800.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
