Your main challenges will be: * Timely processing and analysis of relevant information for company management and control. * Preparation and delivery of reporting packages. * Managing reports and key indicators, transforming corporate objectives into measurable parameters to precisely track achieved results and the company's economic performance. * Supporting the preparation of monthly Budgets, analyzing variances, and preparing forecasts. * Executing the preparation and monitoring of forecasts based on sales projections. * Coordinating smooth communication with management through reporting and creating clear dashboards. * Driving continuous improvement in the performance of the Finance department and other areas. What are we looking for? * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. * 2 years of experience in similar roles. * Advanced level in Excel. * Proficiency in Power BI (Desirable). * Experience with ERP systems (Desirable: Oracle).
