Continuous employment across various construction sites GLOBAL INMOBILIARIA is looking for a Quality Engineer. **COMPETENCY:** **EDUCATION** Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Preferred: Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, with knowledge of specialty installations for multifamily residential buildings. **OTHER KNOWLEDGE (PREFERRED)** * Supervision of civil construction, finishes, and specialty installations for multifamily residential buildings. * Intermediate MS Office and AutoCAD skills. * Materials and equipment used in specialty installations for multifamily residential buildings. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** * Coordinate timely approval of procedures, material certificates, and certificates for monitoring and measuring equipment. * Release installed areas by conducting applicable tests for each specialty executed on site, recording results in the respective protocol. * Maintain document control for data sheets, quality certificates, material warranty letters, quality meeting minutes, correspondence related to quality matters, etc. * Manage observations and non-conformities until their resolution. * Prepare quality control reports and report key indicators to the Site Manager. * Compile the Quality Dossier.
