DESCRIPTION A leading agro-industrial company is seeking a Treasury Analyst, a key position for the efficient management of liquidity, cash flows, and financial operations of the company, ensuring timely fulfillment of obligations and providing reliable information for strategic decision-making. **Role of the Position:** Analyze, manage, and control the availability and use of the company’s financial resources, overseeing liquidity, cash flows, and banking operations in alignment with internal policies and current financial regulations. **Responsibilities:** Analyze the company’s liquidity and cash flows, considering revenues, expenditures, and the financial needs of various departments. Prepare cash flow projections and financial reports, integrating information on payments, collections, and financing activities. Evaluate and reconcile bank transactions and accounting records in coordination with Accounting and Finance departments. Manage and propose short-term financing alternatives and financial instruments in coordination with banking institutions. Monitor financial risks and projected scenarios, reporting promptly to senior management. Prepare executive reports on treasury status to support decision-making. Other related duties assigned by management. REQUIREMENTS **Education:** * Professionals holding degrees in Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related fields. **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles within Treasury. **Technical Knowledge:** * Advanced Excel (mandatory). * Proficiency in SAP. * Solid knowledge of cash flow management, liquidity management, and banking operations. **Other Requirements:** **** * Availability to work onsite in San Isidro – Lima.
