Job Summary: We are seeking an Access Network Technology and Planning Coordinator to lead investment plan updates, manage budgets, and analyze demand planning. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage prioritization and approval of Access Network projects. 2. Conduct planning analysis and demand forecasting modeling. 3. Discover the challenges awaiting you as an Access Network Technology and Planning Coordinator: * Update the Annual Investment Plan based on the company's Commercial Re\-Forecast. * Manage prioritization, investment committee approval, and budget allocation for activities and/or projects related to the Access Network layer. * Monitor budget execution for projects of the Access Engineering Tribe (CAPEX and OPEX). * Perform planning analysis and demand forecasting modeling. * Plan coverage and capacity for Entel Peru's Access Network. * Provide technical support for spectrum auctions, including generating technical requirements, analysis, and tender assignment. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Basic proficiency in MapInfo. * Advanced proficiency in Python. * Advanced proficiency in SQL. * Intermediate proficiency in Analytics Tools. * Basic proficiency in RF Planning Tools. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira \- a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
