Customer interaction and corporate communications management An industrial sector company with over 17 years of experience in the field is seeking an Administrative and Accounting Assistant. WORK SCHEDULE: * Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturdays, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Location: Cercado de Lima JOB FUNCTIONS: Personnel Management * Daily attendance, absences, and leave tracking and consolidation. * Daily monitoring of validity periods for high-risk certificates, medical fitness certificates, and inductions. * Management and tracking of SCTR and Life Law insurance for payroll staff. General Administration * Requesting and preparing quotations for suppliers and customers. * Communicating with client companies regarding access, registrations, and protocols. * Addressing requests from supervisors and PDRs. Accounting and Billing Area * Recording purchase invoices and organizing supporting documents. * Issuing sales invoices for services rendered. * Managing deductions and withholdings. * Daily review of the SUNAT Electronic Inbox. * Assisting with accounting file archiving and internal documentation. Communications and Customer Service * Daily review and response to corporate emails. * Coordinating technical visits and tracking purchase orders. * Sending letters of introduction and corporate materials. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in administrative and accounting areas. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,600\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
