Requirements: Graduate of the Clinical Laboratory Technician program (mandatory). Minimum one year of post-internship experience in sample collection (mandatory). Experience in sample collection (AGAS, Neonates, Oncology, Screening) (mandatory). Friendly treatment toward all types of patients. Responsibilities: Ensure laboratory staff compliance with the Laboratory Guide, Standards and Procedures Manual, Sample Collection Manual, and other official documents related to laboratory operations. Perform sample collection. Verify patient information. Inform patients of pre-examination preparation requirements and confirm that patients arrive under appropriate conditions. Instruct patients on proper collection methods for specific sample types. Prepare sample collection materials. Collect blood samples from all types of patients, including neonates and arterial blood gases. Receive and prepare samples for subsequent processing by a medical technologist. Perform daily sterilization of reusable glass and plastic materials; dispose of biological waste after decontamination. Use resources appropriately and avoid unnecessary waste. Enter patient data into the reception system. Deliver documents. Record customer service interactions. Salary: S/.1,500.00 - S/.2,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
