Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to join Marco's team and co-create strategies and solutions in the Trade Marketing industry, managing payments, accounting records, and collections. Manage collections and accounting control Join Marco's team and together co\-create strategies and solutions that impact people's lives in the Trade Marketing industry. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Process general company payment obligations via the bank's platform * Record the company's banking transactions—including debits and credits—in the system * Track and manage collections from external clients * Record expenses incurred on Corporate Visa cards to ensure monthly accounting control. **What profile are we looking for?** * Graduate or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related fields * Minimum 1 year of experience in this role or in Finance and/or Treasury functions \- Office software knowledge: Basic \- Intermediate level **What do we offer?** Market-competitive salary: S/ 2000 Statutory benefits, General Regime Hybrid work arrangement Positive work environment Corporate benefits **Referral bonus:** S/ 70 SOLES **Content Creator Program participation bonus (for social media):** up to $100 USD per quarter **Your path to joining our team:** **Initial Pre-screening:** Upon application, you will answer a series of initial questions to determine whether you meet the minimum required criteria. **Interview with AVI and Brief Call:** If you pass pre-screening, you will have an interview with AVI, our recruitment bot, followed by a short call (under 15 minutes) with our recruiter. **Account Interview:** If you advance in the process, you will have an interview with the account you applied to. You will receive feedback on your performance the same day. **Offer and Onboarding Process:** If the interview is successful, we will extend a formal offer. Upon acceptance, we will request the necessary documents, coordinate information upload, schedule medical examinations, and proceed with contract signing.
