Opportunity for professional growth At RTS AUTOMATION SAC, we are looking for a committed, proactive, and results-oriented Human Resources Coordinator who will lead comprehensive human talent management and contribute to strengthening our organizational culture. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and supervise HR processes, including annual budgeting and achievement of departmental objectives. * Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and internal promotion processes. * Coordinate performance evaluations, workplace climate assessments, and organizational improvement initiatives. * Design and implement training programs, career path frameworks, and succession plans. * Provide HR support to functional department managers. * Supervise compliance with Peruvian labor legislation and coordinate with external advisors. * Manage internal communication strategies, occupational well-being, and employee engagement initiatives. * Monitor absenteeism control and occupational medical examinations. * Actively participate in activities related to the Integrated Management System (IMS), Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), and continuous improvement. **Requirements:** * Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in the position. * Knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. **We Offer:** * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits (General Regime). * Opportunity for professional growth. * Ongoing training. * Positive work environment.
