Paid trainings and corporate discounts ***Clínica Providencia*** is searching for top talent for the position of ***Outpatient Admission Executive \- Full Time.*** **Responsibilities:** * Provide timely service in outpatient departments, deliver accurate information to ensure patient satisfaction, in accordance with the Clinic's defined protocols and care processes. * Ensure immediate patient attention. * Open clinical records. * Properly perform cashier duties, including cash register opening, transaction recording, and final reconciliation. * Collect payment from patients for medical services rendered, based on their insurance policy coverage. * Perform other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 months of experience in similar positions. * Proficiency in the SITEDS system and knowledge of insurance coverage (SCTR \- SOATS, others). * Experience in cashier\-admission roles. * Graduate of a technical program in administration, banking, secretarial studies, or related fields.
