Conducts psychological examinations and tests to assess mental status. 2. Identifies stress factors and mental workload. 3. Prevents pathologies and occupational accidents. * **Assessment and monitoring:** Conducts psychological examinations and tests (upon hiring, periodically, or upon termination) to assess the worker's mental and emotional status in relation to their position. * **Psychosocial risk management:** Identifies stress factors, mental workload, fatigue, and drowsiness, preventing pathologies and occupational accidents.
